🚚 Received a Wrong or Faulty Item?
If your order is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
- We’ll send you a free replacement or a free return label.

🔁 Want to Return for Personal Reasons?
If you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, mistaken it for another brand or picked the wrong product:
- No worries, we will still offer you a free product replacement of your choice from our store.
- You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost
- Or pay a standard shipping fee for a replacement (no need to send the original back in this case).
- No free return label in these cases.
- No refunds for personal preference returns.
We call these “Customer Remorse” returns. Examples include:
- Wrong size or style
- Changed your mind
- Thought it was a different brand
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your item.
- Item must be unused, in original condition, with tags.
- For Customer Remorse returns, shipping costs are your responsibility.
💳 Refunds (Only for Faulty or Incorrect Items)
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days.
- A 15% restocking fee applies (based on product price, excluding taxes).
- No refunds for damaged returns or late requests.
❌ Order Cancellations
- You can cancel your order only if it hasn’t shipped. Email us quickly after placing your order.
- If your package isn’t delivered within 60 days, we’ll refund you in full.
